I have Electric Larry Land, Hairway to Steven, Independent Worm Saloon, Locust Abortion Technician, Pioughd, Rembrandt ****horse, and Weird Revolution.

That's 7 albums that I own and love by the Butthole Surfers...

Status: offline 		I'd like to listen to more of their stuff, the only albums I've listened to are Hairway to Steven and Independent Worm Saloon, those were OK but some of their songs are, as Tommy said already, "too far out there for me."

Status: offline 		Love them...they're music does get a bit out there, but for the most part, they're fun to see and hit heavy. They have the second best track on the Romeo and Juliet Soundtrack and a kickass cover of Hurdy Gurdy man, to boot.

They got started at Trinity University, and we got to hear some crazy stories about Gibby Haynes and a few other members from professors. Also got to interview his mom for the university paper... nice lady.

Status: offline 		I've seen some great BH Surfer shows, and some pretty god-awful ones over the years...to echo what Tommyboy said, I woud've voted "like them" rather than "love them" had that been an option as well.

Add the Toadies to that group. I had a 10 minute discussion with an associate yesterday regarding the merits of Tyler and the unfortunate demise of the Toadies. We agreed that, had they developed merely a few years later, they would be still kicking it strong in this day of digital distribution.

I also believe that no matter when the Toadies started Lisa would still not want to be in the band, and everything I've seen about the break up was that VTL didn't wanna be in the band with out her in it... But, I might be worng
