Note there is another decent timeslot open on Friday as well 5.30p-6.30p. Here are some acts I'd like to see in either of the slots:

st. vincent is playing. so the 5:30 slot is probably hers.

as for the headliner, while i'd love B&S, they're not touring. Neither is leonard cohen at this point. wilco actually seems to be the best possibility of the ones you named.

My first thoughts were Modest Mouse and Tool.  I like the suggestions of My Morning Jacket and Wilco as well.  At least it will give us the excitement of a large add.  I only hope they don't add someone like TV on the Radio, and bump everyone else up.

Weezer would be great.  Their last stop on their tour is Sept 17 in Irvine, CA, just enough time to get to Austin.
